Meet Your Host, Michael Seery

After Michael’s wife passed away in 2021, he made it his mission to help grieving men and women to enjoy their life. As a grief coach Michael helps men and women who have lost a partner to embrace life after loss. Using his own experiences, Michael has based his program on the 3 pillars of healing, rediscovery and focused growth.

Michael has qualifications in positive psychology, NLP, energy psychology, emotional freedom techniques, meditation and hypnosis. 

Michael hosts The Grandpa Coach Life After Loss Community on Facebook which is a safe and understanding space where you can find connection, rebuild confidence, and take small steps forward with support.
